A. Contest Details, Concept and Participation:
1. This activity will start on 11/07/2024 and end on 24/08/2024. No entry or registration will be entertained after the midnight of 24/08/2024.
2. This activity is open only to persons of age 18 years and above, as on 24/08/2024. Participation in this activity is purely voluntary. Participation in this activity implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. This activity is open for the residents of the states of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Uttarakhand, Kerala only.
4. The contest is not applicable in or for the residents of the state of Tamil Nadu. Any missed call or participation received from the residents of states other than those specified above will not be considered. Participation in this activity will be treated as void ab initio wherever such activities are specifically prohibited under local laws.
5. This pack is also available without this activity.
6. The eligible individuals who intend to participate in this activity should upload their photograph on www.myfavouriteteam.in . The participants can also give a missed call on the number mentioned on the packaging insert or scan the QR code to receive the link via sms. The entries shall be judged on the basis of style and innovativeness.
7. All participants completing the activity will receive an assured reward of their selfie integrated with a background-filter of their choice, that can be downloaded.
8. The winners will be gratified as per below during the contest period:
1. 4,50,000 winners to win Rs. 15 Cashback Voucher
2. 8000 winners to win Rs. 500 Shopping Voucher
3. 90 winners to win Instant Camera worth up to Rs. 8000
4. 900 winners to win Bluetooth Speaker worth up to Rs. 4000
9. KYC Details, address, and id proof, to be presented by winner, for delivery of prize.
10. The participants must not submit unlawful, offensive, abusive, pornographic, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethically objectionable, disparaging or otherwise inappropriate material and agrees to obtain any consent, permission or license that may be legally required to submit any material or content and respect the privacy of others.
11. Prize(s) shall be given once original pack insert along with valid proof of identity, address and age have been provided by the winner.
12. There is no warranty or assurance as to the quality of prizes won. The prizes in our communication are meant for illustration purpose only, actual prizes may differ. The actual prize may differ in size, shape, or colour as compared to the ones depicted in the communications. Prize won is non- transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
13. Promoter reserves the right to reject the claim if any of the terms or conditions are not met. Promoter will not be liable in any manner for any claim arising out of or in respect of this activity.
14. Promoter unilaterally reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this activity including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice or assigning any reason, at its sole discretion and without any liability.
15. Employees of Promoter and their family members are not entitled to participate in this activity.
16. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata.
17. A damaged or illegible packaging insert may be rejected.

19. Promoter is only responsible for providing the pack insert. Participants need to accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions available at the partner brand’s website and these Terms & Conditions, including any amendments and modifications thereto, which shall be deemed to be binding on them.
20. The winners will be selected from valid and eligible entries and will be informed through SMS.
21. Each participant will be allowed only one valid entry.
Terms and Conditions – Cashback
1. This offer entitles the end user to cashback on their Bank Account or UPI. The customer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be mentioned on the voucher/scratch card.
2. Any consumer purchasing a promotional product shall be eligible to receive a Voucher. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as mentioned in the Voucher (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”).
3. By redeeming the Offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
4. These Conditions apply to every person ("Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
5. The customer will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Account No, etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.
6. The Cashback Processing Partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the Cashback Processing Partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, or withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
7. In no event shall Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or John Distilleries Pvt Ltd be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption requests not being honoured by the Cashback Processing Partner.
8. In no event shall the maximum liability of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd exceed the value of the voucher as the case may be.
9. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bangalore.
10. The Cashback Processing Partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The Cashback Processing Partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user's identity.
